Welcome to the Literacy Council of Seattle's web site. Since 1969, LCS volunteers have enabled adult learners
to become more informed and self-reliant. This year we celebrate 39 years of serving
adult learners.
LCS offers volunteers an opportunity to give the gift
of literacy and connect with an eager learner. To learn
